Oxygen #AtoZChallenge

Dear LP,
Source
Please don't get confused by the topic.

This isn't a rambling about chemistry nor is it a post to advertise the importance of this vital breathing gas. So then why this bizarre start, you ask?

Because that’s how crucial you are in my life. :P

Ok, I promised myself to not write a cheesy letter and I will try. Honestly. :D

Life hasn't been the same since I met you. I am glad it turned out the way it is. Right from the onset, it has been a true case of “Opposites Attract” between us.

You resist chocolates… and cakes… and candy… Hold on ! It’s all desserts ! I love chocolates and some desserts :P

You hate F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I can watch the sitcom a million “more” times even though I’ve watched it a gazillion times already.

You can’t understand why all the books I pick are on fiction. I can’t understand why all you ever read are books on personal development and management.

Thank God, not all areas are exclusive.

We both love books. We both enjoy reading. We love exploring new places. We believe in healthy eating. (Ok, you got me! You believe in healthy eating and ensure I join the bandwagon too) :P

So you see, why we get along well. It would be hard for me to survive without you. Everyday is a new experience with you. Even every fight is new. :D

I wouldn't want to change anything between us.

And that’s why you are my “oxygen”.

    Aww- very touching post.
My Snookums and I don't read the same things either. But we're both happy to go to a bookstore for HOURS. Eventually we run into each other at the blank notebook area.

  6. He he my husband and I are completely opposites. He never reads anything and you'll always find me in my house with a book. And I read only fiction too. You sound just like me :)

  8. That is such a sweet letter, EM. :)
I would say Ditto to the part about Books & FRIENDS. Except that in our case my hubby hasn't watched FRIENDS, only heard about it a couple of years back (NO, don't faint please) :P I share your sentiments about the show. :D

  9. A sweet touching story on the importance of oxygen! ;) It would be ideal - or would it? - if two people shared all the same loves! No, actually I think it would be(come) boring! ;) <3
